With doors officially opened in March, their coffee shop quickly became a beloved community hub, especially cherished during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic when the drive-thru service proved to be a great success.

But why Mexican cuisine, you might ask? The answer lies in Maria's rich culinary background. With over a decade of experience and a husband who shared her love for Mexican flavors, the transition to a Mexican restaurant felt like a natural progression.
