Their vision was to open a cozy coffee shop where friends and neighbors could gather, share stories, and savor the warmth of a well-brewed cup of coffee. While driving by a charming building, they noticed a "For Sale" sign adorning its front, and fate seemed to beckon them closer.

Without hesitation, they contacted the building's owner and engaged in a heartfelt conversation. Their enthusiasm and unwavering determination convinced the owner to lease them the building, setting the stage for a remarkable journey ahead. With doors officially opened in March, their Mexican restaurant quickly became a beloved community hub, especially cherished during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic when the drive-thru service proved to be a great resource.

The transition to Mexican cuisine felt like a natural progression for Maria, who had previously honed her culinary skills at three different Mexican restaurants, mastering the art of crafting authentic, mouthwatering dishes. With a decade of experience and a husband who shared her love for Mexican flavors, the decision to open a Mexican restaurant was a heartfelt one.

The seller of the building not only helped them secure the lease but also worked closely with Maria and Figo to pave the way for them to eventually become proud owners.
